Jammin in the Florida Keys!

Fried Newt and Newtypatooty are two different names for the same person. Let me tell you the story behind it. Fried Newt was a member of the Corbitt Brothers Band from 2009 to 2016, and we traveled extensively across the country (mainly the Southeast) performing music. During those years, I was mostly known as "Isaac's Brother" (please check out Isaac Corbitt on all platforms - he is an amazing harmonica player!).

After leaving the band in 2016, I moved around the Southeast with my wife Corley and started exploring different types of artwork and signage. I discovered a passion for wood-burning and started creating pieces which I called Newtypatootys, a silly name my mom gave me (please check out Newtypatooty on Facebook for all my artwork).

In 2020, my family encouraged me to start playing music again, and while in Jacksonville, FL in 2021, I also began a TikTok channel where I shared my crazy ways of feeding squirrels (please check out Newtypatooty on TikTok for all that!).

In 2022, Corley and I decided to move to the Florida Keys, and since then, I've been known as Fried Newt. So, Fried Newt and Newtypatooty are just different names for the same person.
